Simple (and cheap) way to hydrate your cells
Did you ever drink a lot of water only to find yourself running to the toilet every 20 minutes, and then not even feel hydrated?
Perhaps you lack minerals.
When you consume minerals you increase the capacity of the water you drink to hydrate you. The minerals help your cells absorb it better .
Minerals also give water it's negative charge making it conductive, a necessary quality for all the jobs it does in the body.
The subject of water is vast and expanding very fast with all the new research that is uncovering more of its mystery already known by ancient peoples.
Read my article: Are you hydrating or just drinking water?
After filtering your water, mineralize it. You'll greatly increase your hydration.
Your cells need minerals so the water can penetrate them better. If you lack minerals you may just pee it out in the toilet or suffer from edema.
In addition, if you have enough minerals, toxic metals (lead, mercury, cadmium, aluminum) will be less likely to harm you. When you are deficient in minerals the toxic ones can take their place and do the damage they are known for. Being mineral rich protects you from the harmful effects of toxic metals.
You can remineralize in different ways: with Quinton water, by drinking sea water taken from very specific areas following precise methods of capturing the water, by taking mineral preparations in very absorbable forms
The easiest and most cost effective way is to make your own saturated solution with unrefined salt.
It's very simple.
How to prepare a saturated solution called a 'sole'.
Take a 500 ml mason jar type container. Fill it to a third with Himalayan salt (in chunks) or celtic sea salt. Add filtered water to the top.
Wait 24 hours. If you see some salt at the bottom of the jar your solution is saturated and ready to use.
If there isn't any salt at the bottom, add some more and wait another 24 hours. The goal is to have a saturated solution that's not only sodium chloride but also has 80 different minerals.
You can alternate between Himalayan and sea salt, to get the benefit of the different minerals, trace minerals and electrolytes in each type of salt.
Himalayan salt has very little to no iodine, but more of certain minerals than Celtic sea salt.
How to consume your 'sole'
As soon as you wake up in the morning drink a glass of water with a teaspoon of this solution.
If you prefer to dilute it more because you don't like the taste, you can add it to a liter of water that you drink throughout the day.
This is a good beginning. The quantity is variable.
It depends on your physical activity, if the weather is very hot and you sweat a lot and on your weight. In these cases you can add extra drops in your glasses of water throughout the day.
Each case is different and according to your needs.
Think “hydration” every day of your life, not only in the summer!
To your fabulous health!

PS My son, while on holiday here in Brittany, hurt his back. He could hardly move. I recommended he drink way more water than usual: 3 liters a day with added minerals (like above, though I gave him more than 1 teaspoon a day) and magnesium (the one I mention below). He did take a medication, once.
After 2 days he was surprised how quickly his back had healed. I also noticed his energy level had increased quite remarkably.
Just saying.
